MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY

WCE Training memberships are intentionally structured as short-term commitments to keep things flexible while still delivering real results. Because of this, we have a clear and fair cancellation policy in place.

EARLY CANCELLATION

  • A minimum of one full active month is required before any early cancellation can be requested

  • If you choose to cancel before completing your membership term, a full 30-day notice or early termination feeis required

Early Termination Fees:

  • Fundamental Membership: $100

  • Level Up Membership: $140

  • Locked In Membership: $180

You have two options when canceling early:

  • Complete a 30-day notice period and continue training during that time

  • Pay the early termination fee in full upfront and end your membership immediately

UNUSED SESSIONS

You will not lose any unused sessions from previous months.

  • All remaining sessions stay active and available for use

  • Sessions can still be used based on your eligibility (membership status or outlined usage terms)

MEMBERSHIP PAUSE OPTIONS

We understand that life happens, and we do our best to work with you.

  • Each membership includes a 1-month (30-day) pause option

  • Any pause request beyond 30 days requires a doctor’s note

If a pause extends beyond 30 days without medical documentation:

  • A $10 per week holding fee will be applied until the membership is resumed or canceled

CANCELLATION REQUIREMENTS

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing

  • A cancellation form must be completed, which can be found on our website

  • Cancellation requests are not considered valid until the form is submitted
